Payroll information

Pay Schedule

  • Payroll is done twice a month, on the 5th and on the 20th.

  • The pay period for the 20th is from 1st to 15th of the month.

  • The pay period for the 5th is from the 16th to the end of the month.

Pay Distribution

  • Employees located in Colombia will be paid via Remitly. Payment can take anywhere between 30 mins to 3 days to be deposited, depending on the bank of the employee.

  • Employees located in the Philippines will be paid via OFX. Payment takes 1-2 days to be deposited.

  • Employees located in the US will have different payment arrangements with management.

Benefits Program

  • Health Benefits

    LOJO will provide a monthly reimbursement towards valid health related memberships or bills.

  • Internet Expense Account

    LOJO will provide a monthly reimbursement towards your valid high speed internet connection to your personal home office.

  • 13th Month

    LOJO will provide at the end of the year for all active/participating team members a 13th month pay period. This will be based on an average of full-time hourly wages paid throughout the year.

    (Pro-rated during your first year

    of employment upon graduation of probationary period) Fiscal period for 13th year is 12/1 – 11/30 annually.

  • Paid Holidays

    LOJO offers 8 paid holidays per year; these will be based upon our US holiday schedule that is the same annually and is available here.

  • Paid Time Off

    LOJO offers the ability to accrue up to 10 paid time off days throughout the year. This amount is roughly 3.33 hours per pay period. Each team member is allowed to roll-over up to five full days (40 hours) of paid time off each year, the remaining balance will be paid out on the January 5th pay period. Taking leave is subject to LOJO’s Paid Time Policies.

Time Off Benefits

PTO Policy

  • LOJO offers the ability to accrue up to 10 paid time off days throughout the year. This amount is roughly 3.33 hours per pay period.

  • Each team member is allowed to roll-over up to five full days (40 hours) of paid time off each year, the remaining balance will be paid out on the January 5th pay period.

  • You will start accumulating PTO after your 3-month probationary period.

  • Payroll (Maria) keeps track of how many PTO hours you have. Please ask payroll for any updates.

  • Please ask for PTO at least 2 weeks before you are planning to miss work.

  • Of course, we know sometimes emergencies happen, if you need to miss work please inform your Manager and HR and submit your PTO form after you return.
