You may only request reimbursement once per month, either on the 5th or the 20th. If you forget to request reimbursement, you may not request reimbursement twice during the same month.
This is a reimbursement request, which means we will need PAID receipts. If the paid receipts do not have clear information about what you request reimbursement for, you must attach the original bill.

You can only take 40 hours of PTO from one year to another. The rest will be paid out during the first pay period of the year (1/5).
Unfortunately, all PTO hours over the 40hr limit will be automatically paid out. No exceptions.

No, we will only check your Hubstaff screenshots if you give us a reason to do so. Actions such as being constantly late to meetings and missing deadlines will get you flagged.
We use Hubstaff to track your time sheet, we look at the time worked everyday to make sure you are working your hours.
