Make sure you can log in to the following

  • Komodo (LOJO Vids) - This is how we create screen recordings for any type of training or troubleshooting need.

Hubstaff

  • Turn on Hubstaff and login, provide permissions necessary.

  • Turn off the automatic turn-on when the computer turns on.

  • Set to “Work” for regular work. “Meetings” for Meetings, etc. 

  • Turn it off when you go to break, and turn on when you come back from break.

LOJO’s Culture and Value Standards

Slack

  • The Slack app should be installed on your computer; please do not just open the browser, as you can miss Slack notifications.

  • Posting on “daily stand up.”

  • Post within 15 minutes of starting your day with your daily estimations.

  • Post when you go on break and come back.

  • At the end of the day, add your actual estimates.

  • Integrate your LOJO Google email calendar into your Slack so you don't miss meetings.

  • Set "do not disturb" times in settings so you won't be notified of any notifications during off hours.

PTO

  • Time off request form -> HERE.

  • You will start accumulating PTO after your 3-month probationary period

  • You accumulate 3.33hrs per pay period, and Maria will keep track of that 

  • If you are not able to be at work and want to make up some time, please make sure that you get it approved by your manager first and keep Maria in the loop. Please keep in mind that making up time for an absence should not be abused or expected.

  • If you are sick or have an emergency and need to miss work, please do your best to let Maria know so the team is aware. You can message her via WhatsApp at 9163671891 or send her an email to [email protected].

  • Upon return, you will still need to submit a Time Off Sheet for our records.

Holiday Schedule

  • Holiday Schedule link -> HERE

  • You become eligible for paid holidays after your 3 month probationary period.

Compensation

  • Compensation for the Philippines is paid out via OFX.

  • Compensation for Colombia is paid out via Remitly.

  • Please keep in mind that LOJO does not do salary advances.

  • Paydays are the 5th and 20th of every month.

  • If one of these days lands on a weekend, payroll will be done the Monday after.

  • The pay period for the 20th is 1-15 of the month.

  • The pay period for the 5th is 16-end of month.

Keeping Track of Hours

Camera during meetings best practices

  • Turn on your camera for ALL client meetings.

  • Turn on your camera for full team meetings.

  • Camera should be on during all prescheduled meetings.

  • Only time when camera is to be turned off is when you get called into last minute meetings, but even then, we should always be ready for all meetings.
