Email Set Up Info

Choose Hosted Exchange and log into your account automatically.

If we need to do this manually, these are the settings:

Domain:  exg7.exghost.local

Server:  us.exg7.exghost.com

Hosted exchange on Mac Mail is different and will need to be installed as an IMAP email due to an issue with connection between hosted exchange emails and Mac Mail.

1. Go to the "Mail" app

2. On the top left go to "Mail" and then "Add Acount"

3. Then click on "Add Other Account...."

4. Now click on "＠ Mail Account"

5. Then add your "Name," "Email," and "Password." Now click "Sign In"

6. Now you will be taken to a bigger screen with more info to put in.

7. You "Email address" and "User name" are the same, please add your complete email to the "Username" area.

8. Account type will be "IMAP"

9. The "Incoming Mail Server" is imap.us.exg7.exghost.com

10. And the "Outgoing Mail Server" is smtp.us.exg7.exghost.com click "Sign in" and you're done!

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.domain.com

Incoming Mail Server: mail.domain.com

Incoming port: 110 for POP, 143 for IMAP

Outgoing port: Use 587 for both

No SSL boxes should be checked

DO NOT use SPA (secure password authentication)
