Protecting company, client, and team member information

  1. Purpose

LOJO Group, LLC and its brands, including LOJO Marketing, GrowthGenie360, Review Llama, Access-A-Pal, and Senior Growth Systems, are trusted with sensitive information belonging to the Company, its clients, and its team members. This policy defines what LOJO treats as confidential, how it must be handled, and what happens when it is mishandled. It applies to every LOJO team member, whether employee or independent contractor, during and after their engagement with the Company.

  1. What is Confidential
Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, the following categories:

If you are unsure whether something is confidential, treat it as confidential and ask your manager.

  1. Handling Rules

  • Share Confidential Information only with people who need it to do their jobs. Need-to-know applies inside the Company as well as outside it.

  • Compensation figures, deal terms, prospect names, and company strategy are never discussed in all-team settings, group chats, or with anyone outside the Company.

  • Keep Confidential Information in approved Company systems: Google Workspace, ClickUp, GrowthGenie360, and the company Resource Library. Do not store it on personal devices, personal email, or personal cloud accounts.

  • Do not paste Confidential Information into unapproved tools, including unapproved AI tools, browser extensions, or file converters.

  • Client data may be used only for the work that client engaged us to perform. Never use one client's data, results, or assets for another client or for Company marketing without written approval.

  • Case studies, testimonials, screenshots of results, and client names in marketing materials require documented client permission before use.

  • When working in public places, use screen privacy judgment: no client dashboards or financial screens visible to others, and no sensitive calls within earshot of strangers.

  • When a document must be shared externally, share it through controlled links with the minimum necessary permissions, not as unrestricted attachments, unless the recipient requires otherwise.

  1. Obligations when you leave
Confidentiality obligations do not end when your engagement with LOJO ends. Upon separation, you must return or surrender all Confidential Information in your possession, including files, documents, credentials, and copies in any form, and you must not use or disclose Confidential Information at any time afterward. Client relationships, prospect lists, playbooks, and platform configurations remain the property of LOJO Group, LLC.

  1. Reporting and Enforcement

If you become aware of any unauthorized disclosure, loss, or suspected exposure of Confidential Information, report it to your manager or the Manager of Support & Tech Ops immediately. Fast, honest reporting is never punished; concealment is treated as a separate and serious violation.

Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment or contract, and may expose the individual to legal liability. This policy supplements, and does not replace, the non-disclosure obligations in each team member's signed employment or contractor agreement.

  1. Acknowledgement
