Purpose of this agreement
This document serves to confirm that you understand and acknowledge that eligibility for LOJO’s Team Member Benefits Program only begins after successful completion of the probationary period and fulfillment of all related conditions.
Probation Period Requirements
The probationary period is considered complete only after you have worked the full hours outlined in your employment contract without interruption.
It should be noted that ones probationary period as outlined in their contract is for a specified time. If a change occurs from full-time to part-time, the time of completion of the probationary period will increase to allow for the same amount of what were full-time hours to be included during the probationary period. e.g. a full-time employment with a 90 day probationary period is the equaivelant of 3 full months of work, aka 480 hours. In the event of reducing to part-time, the duration of the probationary period will be extended until the 480 hours have been completed.
